- The name of the company shall be “HD HYUNDAI MARINE SOLUTION CO., LTD” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 3 Location of Headquarters and Branches
- 3.1 The principal office of the Company shall be located in Busan Metropolitan City, South Korea.
3.2 As necessary, the Company may establish factories, branches, offices, or representative offices in various domestic and international locations, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors.
Article 4 Public Notice
- Notices of the Company shall be published on the Company’s official website (http://www.hd-marinesolution.com). However, in the event that publication on the official website is not possible due to technical issues or other unavoidable circumstances, the notices may be published in the Korean Economic Daily, a daily newspaper published in Seoul.
